    On-line preparation of concentrated fracturing fluid system has the characteristics of high efficiency, environmental protection and safety. For a long time, it has been favored by oil companies in developed countries (accounting for more than 65% of the United States and Canada).


The system has the following characteristics:

1. The system is not only a drag reducer, but also a sand-carrying fluid, which can realize the effects of a chemical reagent and multiple uses.

2. The construction of the system is simple, efficient and environmentally friendly, and does not require pre-mixing, swelling and other processes. The whole operation of liquid preparation, sand mixing, cross-linking and sand carrying is completed in one step.

3. The system can carry the proppant to farther formation fractures to achieve better reservoir fluid diversion channels. It has the characteristics of uniform sand mixing and strong sand-carrying ability.

4. The system can be mixed with clear water from 0°C to 95°C or oil field reinjection water, and has wide applicability.

5. The system has excellent low-temperature gel breaking performance. It only takes 2.5 hours to break the gel at 30°C, and the liquid viscosity is less than 5mPa.s.

6. The system breaks the gel thoroughly, without water insoluble matter (guar gum).

7. The gel breaking fluid of this system can be reused, reducing the cost of environmental protection treatment.
