The main component of degreaser for water injection treatment is cationic polymer. It is a new type of additive developed by our company based on the oil removal and purification mechanism and nuclear membrane technology, specifically for the tertiary oil recovery produced water treatment technology and equipment in oil fields. The degreaser can ionize into a large number of counter ions in water, or hydrolyze to form oppositely charged ions. It has a strong ability to neutralize negative charges in water, and has outstanding electrical neutralization effect on colloids and oil droplets in sewage. During the construction process, the degreasing agent destroys the stability of the oil-water interface film, making the dispersed micro-oil droplets easy to aggregate and form oil droplets with larger particle sizes, and then the oil droplets are removed through supporting processes. It has great oil and turbidity removal capabilities.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The degreasers need to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The degreasers should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The degreasers should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
