The pour point depressant for oil production (JSJN-Ⅱ) is composed of various carboxylate salts as the main agent and alkylaromatic hydrocarbon as the auxiliary agent. It can undergo a eutectic adsorption reaction with paraffin in crude oil, effectively preventing paraffin crystals from forming aggregates or three-dimensional network structures.
The use of pour point depressants can reduce the freezing point and viscosity of crude oil, thereby effectively improving the low-temperature fluidity of crude oil and greatly reducing the energy consumption of oil and gas gathering and transportation.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The pour point depressantneed to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The pour point depressant should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The pour point depressant should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
