The retarder is often used in the acidizing operation of oil and water wells. Typically, the acid reacts with plugs such as formation rocks to form water-soluble salts. In this way, oil and gas channels can be formed to achieve the purpose of improving the formation. However, if the acid reacts too quickly with clogs such as rocks, the activity of the acid will drop significantly in a short period of time. This will shorten the effective penetration distance of the acid solution and reduce the acidification radius, which will directly affect the acidification effect. In order to increase the action distance of active acid, achieve the purpose of deep acidification and effectively restore crude oil production, our company has developed a retarder for acidification. The main function of this retarder is to delay the reaction speed of the acid solution to the formation.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The retarder need to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The retarder should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The retarder should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
