JS-301 ironmaking blast furnace cooling water scale and corrosion inhibitor is a scale and corrosion inhibitor compounded by organic phosphonic acid and polycarboxylic acid and other high polymers. It has high corrosion and scale inhibition properties and is suitable for a wide range of water quality. This scale and corrosion inhibitor can effectively prevent scaling and corrosion of the blast furnace water wall and ensure the normal operation of the blast furnace. It is mainly used in circulating cooling water systems in iron-making and chemical industries, etc. It plays a very good role in scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition in circulating cooling purified water systems with medium hardness and medium alkalinity.
JS-305 pellet sintering circulating water scale and corrosion inhibitor has good synergistic effect. It can cause crystal lattice distortion, so that it is difficult to form a scale layer between crystal grains. The particles exist in the water for a long time and are discharged out of the system with the sewage to ensure the normal operation of the circulating water. This scale and corrosion inhibitor can effectively prevent scaling and corrosion problems in the sintering shaft furnace circulating cooling water system and ensure normal production. It is suitable for circulating water with high pH and high alkalinity, and is mainly used in the clean ring water system of pelletizing and sintering plants.
JS-601 special scale and corrosion inhibitor for power plants is composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor and copper corrosion inhibitor. This slow-release scale inhibitor has a good chelating and dispersing effect on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc. in water, and has a good corrosion inhibition effect on metal equipment made of various materials. It is mainly used as a circulating cooling water treatment chemical in the power industry.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The scale and corrosion inhibitor need to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The scale and corrosion inhibitor should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The scale and corrosion inhibitor should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
