Self-suspending proppant is a new type of proppant that organically combines proppant for fracturing with additives such as thickener through special technology. During fracturing construction, the self-suspending proppant and water are mixed in the sand mixer, and the self-suspending proppant particles can quickly build a stable suspended fracturing fluid system with the network interconnection structure formed therebetween. It only takes a few minutes to complete the liquid preparation-crosslinking-sand mixing link in traditional fracturing construction. It greatly saves manpower, equipment, and raw materials, making fracturing simpler, safer, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The self-suspending proppant should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
2.The self-suspending proppant should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
