Surfactant drag reducer can reduce frictional resistance during fracturing construction. Its dosage during use can be adjusted at any time according to the viscosity change of the fracturing fluid. After the fracturing operation, the well can be directly blocked without flowback. The water requirement for liquid preparation is low, and it can be configured with combined station back-injection water, fracturing flowback fluid or formation water.
This system can greatly reduce the liquid mixing process, and the construction efficiency is more than three times that of the traditional system (guar gum fracturing fluid system). Using this system can extend the winter construction period in alpine regions, and can also prepare fracturing fluid at minus 40°C .
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The Surfactant drag reducer need to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The Surfactant drag reducer should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The Surfactant drag reducer should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
