Water-based resin sand consolidation agent is mainly used in oil and gas wells with large thickness of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs, long well sections and large treatment radius. It consists of water-based resin and other various additives. There is a strong affinity between the strong polar groups in the resin molecules and the polar groups in the formation sand. During the construction process, after the sand-fixing agent enters the formation, the sand-fixing agent molecules migrate to the surface of the sand particles and adhere strongly to the surface of the sand particles. Under the synergistic effect of reservoir temperature and various additives, a rapid polymerization reaction occurs between the molecules of the sand-fixing liquid, thereby bonding the loose skeleton together. As the polymerization reaction proceeds, the viscosity of the resin increases, and the linear small molecules turn into network-like macromolecules, and the strength continues to increase, thus playing a role in sand fixation.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The water-based resin sand consolidation agent need to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The water-based resin sand consolidation agent should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The water-based resin sand consolidation agent should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
